We found Highland through our realtor (who is also amazing) Boyd McGinn. We set up a pre-drywall inspection for our new construction single family home very quickly through Debbie. She was amazing in how efficient she was with setting the entire process up and sending clear email instructions on what our inspector and project manager needed in order to me the inspection as successful as possible. Our inspector with Highland, J.D. was beyond just professional. He took his time going through our home inside and out and gave us a play by play breakdown of each item he found and what his recommendation was for a fix. He was very meticulous in finding every small detail that we could improve upon with the house. He was very thorough in his report and the pictures he took clearly showing each discrepancy, and recommended actions to repair or add things. Our project manager Chris had no questions, and everything was very clearly transcribed to him. We could not have had a better experience with Highland Home Inspectors and their entire team! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone either building or buying a home in the future!

Highland Home Inspection was very fast with being able to schedule an appointment for a home inspection. Ours was a very specific situation after the loss of a family member.
