I really appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness to explain not just what could be improved, but also what signs to look for in specific aging parts, how to approach some basic DIY home improvements, etc. Barry was super knowledgeable and happy to answer all sorts of inane questions, which is a specialty of mine. :)
