I was in the process of purchasing a house on short closing date. I called on 3/30 to see the availability of a home inspector for that day, and I spoke with Debbie. I explained to her my situation, and within an hour she had called be back with confirmation of appointment, for the same day. This was extremely helpful.

JD was our assigned inspector. He showed up a few minutes before we did, and he was ready to begin. He explained everything that he was seeing. The good, the bad, and most importantly the recommendations he was going to make on his report. He also explained the reason for those recommendations, and what we needed to keep an eye for over the years.

When we received our report, there were a few things missing. I reached out to JD, and he promptly replied, apologized and corrected the report to what we had originally discussed. I would recommend this company. They are very a accommodating, and attentive to their clients.

Andy Vergara was a phenomenal inspector. Andy arrived to the property early to get a head start on the roof to save us from hearing all the noise. Andy was very personable, knowledgeable, and encouraged us to ask questions. We used Highland Home Inspections as first time home buyers back in 2016 and just had JD Pyle come inspect the home we plan to purchase in April. Dan was a great inspector! He took the time to educate me about my house and its features as he did the inspection. I feel more confident now to reach out to contractors to get the things I need addressed because I know the specifics of the work that needs to happen because of the easy to understand way Dan explained things. He was willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how simple they were. The report detailing the results of my inspection came quickly and was very thorough.
