Barry at Highland is excellent! He is very thorough with his inspection, and explains all of the issues found in a calm and easy to understand fashion. The report that is prepared the following day is always filled with explanations and pictures. There is no other company I would consider using for my home inspections.
On two recent occasions I have had the good fortune to have Dan Floyd inspect a buyer's home. I was impressed by his knowledge and his thorough examination of each home. As an agent, I also appreciated how he presented to the buyer any issue he found. There are a few ways of describing a problem; Dan does so in a way that doesn't panic the buyer -- that allows the buyer to fully understand the issue, ask relevant questions and later have the ability to review the inspector's report and objectively assess which items need to be addressed by the seller.
Felipe was professional and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything and to answer any and all questions that the buyers had.
