Had huge delays with my flight and the person was helping me determine what some alternatives were. He was fabulous. Unfortunately I did not get his name. It was for Hammes and going from Lehigh Valley to Chicago. Amazingly calm in a huge swirling bowl of crazy. Finally heard the airline was sending a replacement plane. Needless to say his efforts were not finalized, but I have to share how great he was!
This is our first time working with a travel agency. We have had several questions and requested an update of the invoice in our travel documents after returning home. Never have any issues getting the travel that I need. For this trip, I got my itinerary back 10 minutes after requesting it. I also had to do a same-day change and the agent was able to get me exactly what I needed.
You provide a very easy way to book trips. However, I wish there was a way to check flight times and prices of hotels and car rental without booking the trip first. I know it doesn't book until end, but I would like to see prices first before reserving anything.
