Due to inclement weather at a layover destination, Fox was able to re-route me to an unimpacted location that got me to my final destination in Phila. within the same duration. It was done with 1 days notice. And they did it for 4 of us. The associate was Denise. Delightful. Made sure every change went through the system. The change saved 4 of us from spending 1 extra night in Indianapolis. Very appreciative
