I enjoy the comparison of travel options in the online tool. Most importantly though, they are wonderful at assisting real time when travel plans go array.
It took a bit to get used to the interface/workflows but once I figured it out it was fine. I kept getting an error message but called support and was told I was picking 'price' that was tied to a program that I was not a part of. It was confusing and frustrating that I had to call but now I know.
Everything is very intuitive. It also helps me to keep m\y travel and expense reports organized.

I have never called or spoken to anyone at Fox about travel. I enjoy using the online Concur platform.
I would like to see separate receipts provided for the agency fees. I find it difficult to get reimbursed for the fees you charge when I am submitting my expense reports through Concur. The amount shows up as a "pending credit card charge" and so Concur won't allow it to be submitted for reimbursement.
