I contacted Fox World Travel because my sister, Cousin and I wanted to go to Cancun and I was overwhelmed looking at all of the different resorts and choices. I put in a request on Sunday and was assigned to Danielle Bonis. She contacted me Monday morning, asked me all kinds of questions on what we were looking for. She presented herself as very professional and knowledgeable and I knew immediately I was going to love working with her. A few hours later, I got a list of hotels and prices and she said if we didn’t like any of those she would find us more. I, of course, had several questions which she answered all of them and very quickly. We selected our hotel. She talked about options for insurance. The hotel had the opportunity to upgrade which cost quite a bit more and Danielle was very honest with me and told me she didn’t want to upsell me and she didn’t think it was worth the price we would pay. Within that week we had it booked! She took care of our flights and booked our seats. I am so happy with her service and we are now looking forward to our trip to Mexico and working with her again. I would recommend her for anybody looking to travel.
I had to change my flights and hotels due to a change in the date of my work travel. Kara N. assisted me in modifying not only my own flights and hotels but also those of my coworker who was on vacation. She made the entire process seamless and very easy. I truly appreciate Kara's support!
