I'm thankful about how they do their best to work with me when I need to reschedule a session whether it's early or late. Sometimes if they have early openings they'll contact me to see if my son's available and if he's not they're still understanding. I've had NO complaints about the service my son is getting.

I've came to sylvan when my girls were in 4 and 5th grade and it helped them a lot. They're now 32 and 33. Now my son is 11 and I've bought him to you to do the same so far he's getting the same help with extra from his teacher, which i didn't have with my girls. It makes his progress more successful to where he can catch up and keep up at the same time. I love it. I love the genuine concern for his success.

Sylvan has opened up a world of possibilities and opportunities for my son. Over a year ago he was diagnosed with a specific learning disability in reading which impacts his learning and processing significantly. It was found that he was two academic levels behind in reading. As devastating as this felt after five months of support from Sylvan my son has progressed significantly in reading and math. His first report card he received all 3’s (proficient) in all subjects. His self esteem is growing and he enjoys attending tutoring! Flo and the team at Sylvan are caring/amazing individuals!

Very flexible and interactive with parents including dealing with constant schedule changes due to busy lives of kids. My kids always come home saying they had a good time and our prideful about their progress.
