We are new to Mathnasium only joining last month. Within that time we have seen a huge difference in our sons math skills. Our 3rd grader was struggling with all aspects of math as well as other subjects. It was our opinion it was more a confidence and practice issue than an ability issue.

Mathnasium evaluated our son and determined he was at more of first grade level for "mastery" and "fluency". Over this past month he has completed 11 of the 14 components of this level and we expect will level up this week or next. This has been great for both his confidence as well as his growth. That said, he will know be working at a second/third grade work and one might discount this as still working below grade level. I would agree except the confidence has translated to his school work in all subjects, but particularly math. He within the first two weeks begin completing his (3rd grade) math assignments on his own and recently scored a 91% on his most recent test. Possible could have been 100% had he read the instructions. That we are still working on.

Novato Mathnasium is the best place to send kids, the teachers are very dedicated and principal, Ms. Sang navigate all the classes personally, if my kid forgot class, she calls and remind at all time. I really recommend this math school!!

Great staff, knowledgeable staff, polite and approachable. Math skills is taught with patience and they work amazing with the kids. The encouragement and praise is also a plus.

With all the uncertainty facing our kids around Covid-19, this tool is going to be necessary to make sure our kids don’t fall behind

Mathnasium is the best! Their expert tutors made all the difference for my daughter as she wrestled with pre-calculus and AP calculus. Herr weekly one-on-one sessions with Jeremy and other Mathnasium tutors allowed her to succeed at the highest level of high school math. When her school went online during the coronavirus, she met with Jeremey via FaceTime, which also proved to be highly effective.

I like the flexibility with online learning, but I also noticed the shortcomings when technology is not as "close" as in-person classes. For instance, my kid counts fingers instead of understanding concepts of completing 10's (2 and 8) - she counts 8 fingers!!! This goes unnoticed via camera and she's not learning as much as she would if it was in person.

We are happy with the fun and simple way the program work, the kids enjoy working with the very kind and skilled staff. Thank you

Excellent tutoring, even with the Shelter in Place, the online tutoring helped my child improve her math skills. I would highly recommend it.

The relationships with our kids tutors & the $ incentives push the kids towards daily goals. Although GOING to the Mathnasium building is their favorite, I am thankful for continued progress in their math lessons.

Mathnasium has been such a great resource for our daughter. They are well organized and professional and we really appreciated their smooth transition from face to face interaction to video conferencing during this time of social distancing.
