I have dealt with several exterminator companies over the years. Arrow is definitely the best. I attribute this to our service technician, Tom. Tom is very efficient in performing his work. He is always punctual, has a smile on his face and is very friendly. He takes his job seriously and goes about his work in a professional manner.
If I gave Tom a rating that was not the highest it was a mistake on my part. I must have inadvertently hit the wrong number.

Love how thorough the techs are! When they come by to service our house they make sure they hit all the main areas, and even areas we point out that may not be as normal.
