We like the attention to trouble areas. For example, had a small issue with ants and they were stopped fast. Had to treat the attic with bait/pesticide to get rid of them. Overall good experience with Arrow.

That is a local company and when I need to contact Arrow there is a live person on the other end of the call. Also, that I was able to consolidate basic pest control and our termite protection and safe money doing so.

Brian has been our technician for at least 10 years. He’s clockwork reliable. Whenever I have any issues, he listens and gives me advice on why we might be having a problem. Of course he treats the house. So we don’t have any major pests problems. The other day we discovered a huge hornet nest. Brian took care of it. What a relief!
Affordable and professional
We like Arrow. We have inside and termite protection with arrow. Brittany Gee is our home pest expert. She is excellent at her job. We feel like she is family and she does the best job possible and actually goes beyond what is normally expected. Give her a raise!
The outside termite expert is also excellent at his job. We have multiple in-ground devices. He found them all even though they were covered with dirt. Give him a raise too!
