Easy to work with, on time and competent
Himmy did a nice job on his first visit taking over my care. Always liked carmen too, but Himmy was nice and taught me about the Joro spiders I was seeing.
There are several reasons why I appreciate Arrow Pest Control and would be highly likely to recommend them, which I have done:
01. For service appointments, whether for pest control or termite control, the same technician comes out year after year. This consistency shows that the owners value their employees, pay them well, and treat them with respect. While there can be exceptions, I understand that my technician, Chris, recently received a promotion, and I am genuinely happy for him, he deserves it! He has been fantastic and will be missed.
02. The company does not bombard customers with regular requests for reviews, nor do they incentivize employees with bonuses for getting customers to write reviews. In my experience with a previous pest control company, this became tedious very quickly. It took me time to realize that their numerous 5-star reviews were often not reflective of their actual service quality. I’m sure many others were posting those reviews to support the young technicians, who were different for nearly every service. Moving forward, I will not tolerate incessant requests for reviews from any business.
03. The company offers a discounted rate for paying the annual fee in full and in advance. This not only makes it more economical but also simplifies things on my end.
04. Scheduling an additional service between regular appointments is easy and hassle-free.
05. On the rare occasions I’ve had to call the office, the ladies I spoke with were always pleasant and helpful.
Michael Musto, what can i say about this person, he's very professional and knowledgeable he took the time to explain to my spouse [who's so afraid of insects) and myself the different kind of pesticides so we can be a bit more relax. He's the kind of person i want to come to my home. Michael didn't just come in and spray he explain step by step the procedure, keep up the good work Mike looking forward to continuing working with you.

Darryl is always timely, providing friendly competent services. He always asks questions to determine if there is any problem or pest that we have seen since last inspection/service,
I like the professionalism of the service person and the meticulous job he performs.
What I don't like is the price increases without consultation.
I would like to be told about it before it occurs so I can decide whether I want to keep the service after the increase or not !
