They assess the student, then tutored him accordingly. Surprisingly he enjoyed attending from day 1. They make the whole experience very enjoyable for the student, which is tremendous. And, certainly it is so easy for the parent.

My son Chase Mellish goes to the center in Teaneck, and I have seen a big improvement with his math work. I would love to continue having my son attend, but I just can't afford it. My son loves the staff, and so do I, he enjoys working with all of the teachers, and that is a huge bonus for my son and I. The center is always clean, the staff uber professional, and my son really likes everyone, he's a shy child, so the fact that he enjoys coming to the center and he engages with the staff and fellow students willingly is a testament to your staff. I would reccomend this center, Teaneck, to everyone.

My son Chase Mellish has been attending for almost a month now and I have noticed a big change in his grades, and his attitude towards school work in general. The staff is amazing, The teachers are very nice, patient, and I noticed ALL of the students are fully engaged when I am there. Brittnay and Bridget (I really hope I spelled their names correctly), are a force to be reckoned with. ALL of the children really like them. They take the time to make sure all of the children are happy, comfortable, and because of their magnetic personalities, the children seem to want to make them happy, so they work even harder. The staff really go above and beyond to make the stutdents feel comfortable and confident, and they are always willing to sit with us parents to give us in depth feedback on our child (childrens) progress. The entire staff deserves raises.

As a parent, I also have a hard time living in an English-speaking country because my native language is different. As a parent, I forgot to register my child for the first time. They were very accommodating even if I made a mistake or forgot something. And my child is being taught a lot by the teacher.

I could NOT be more enthusiastic to share about our family's experience with Sylvan of Teaneck! My first grader was struggling with reading and went from 35th percentile to 70th in a few short months. He mastered 55 tangible skills and is more confident at school. The staff at Sylvan made learning fun, and my son was always excited to go to each session. I would definitely recommend Sylvan to anyone who's struggling and needs an extra push.
