I like the dedication from the staffs to the students. Always there to help the students do their best. I think this is the best tutoring program.
Well established teaching techniques that work. Previously had a daughter go through the program and Sylvan was successful in helping her achieve grade level reading quickly. 20 years later I now have a son who needs more intensive help. We are in a different State but I knew Sylvan’s teaching protocols are the same. I again have turned to them - they keep my very active, not interested little boy engaged and progressing.
Lessons are individualized. My daughter always comes out of the lesson feeling more motivated and excited to put into practice what she has learned.
I love how kind and patient everyone was with my son, Sylvan was tremendous in helping him regain his confidence and he is genuinely happy in class again!

Availability of teachers
I like the fact that Sylvan took the time to get to know me and my child before providing a program for my son. The director asked me questions based on what I feel my son needed and what goals I have for my son while in the program. At the same time, my son was asked questions based on what he thought he needed help in and what his goals were. An assessment test was done to see what level he was on and where he needed help in before decisions were made in regards to what programs is needed and cost.
In the beginning my teen who wasn't interested and felt he really didn't need help, despite he's not so well grades, saw how he's improving with a full understanding that he did not have before enjoys going. He has more confidence. And has no problem sharing his success with me.

We loved Kristen overall!! My son also liked how organized his teacher was for the preparation of the SAT verbal part. He learned the strategy that will hopefully significantly improve his score!!

Aimee is extremely accommodating with our schedule and very responsive to our concerns. The staffs are very friendly and the teachers seems to be very knowledgeable on their respective subject matter. My son is learning and and is always looking forward to his sessions at Sylvan. He likes the fact that he can ask questions without pressure and when his teacher takes the time to go over the answers with him.
The sylvan staff & facility is fantastic. I'm so glad I enrolled my son there. Their staff is very professional. The facility is very clean. In the short amount of time my son is there they have worked wonders. It's worth every penny. Thank you sylvan.

Staff is very helpful in accommodating request for teacher(s) who my son feels comfortable with. Saturday and Weekday evening hours are convenient. Staff is very accommodating on requests for days off.
