I like the fact that although 20 minutes long I feel that I got a decent workout There is no time wasted walking around the gym. I don't have a lot of time so this is perfect.
I like the 1:1 coaching as well as the group sessions. The staff are knowledgeable & great at explaining the Exerbotic machines, in addition to being very encouraging.

It is a reasonable workout for over 65 year olds. I think the stations really create optimal muscle strengthening for me. The app is encouraging for me and the one on one instruction is ideal! The studio is happily part of my week.

I DON'T like that the text reminders only mention the date of my next appointment,  but not the day of the week.  The email reminders  do specify .  It seems a simple fix to include that in the text reminders.

Our coach Luke is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is open, immaculate and inviting. Having a place to go for strength training that’s scheduled helps you keep on track.
I love all of the trainers. Sandy, Sam, and Travis all are excellent coaches, and listen to my needs, helping me with proper positioning to get the most benefit without harming my body. I have chronic physical pain, and they work with me in a way that is building my strength, while decreasing my pain. I highly recommend the Naperville studio. They maintain a clean and pleasant environment. I'm grateful to have found them.
Luke is great! He's very engaged and flexible. I look forward to my workouts even as it gets more challenging.

The staff at the studio are very friendly, encouraging, and make working out fun. It is a small staff so you get to know the staff and even the folks in your group class if you go regularly. It is surprising how fast time goes and I feel better after each workout and have seen results over the longterm.
