Great place to workout. You actually can see your results and progress on a computer screen. Low impact great for any age bracket and they teach you good mechanics and form so the risk of hurting yourself is low. Kevin is an awesome trainer very professional and courteous. highly recommend.

The Exercise Coach is a great tool to fight the aging process. I've been at the Exercise Coach for 14 years. I'm 81 years old and I can still keep up with people 20 years my junior. Their specialized equipment keeps my body strong and my mind sharp. The coaches tailor each workout to my abilities, and push me to reach higher plateaus. I'm very happy with the results.

The electronics in the sit-down bike are failing, but the other equipment works just fine. The best part of our experience comes from the coaches. Kevin is our trainer and he is excellent. He has planned a routine that is in sync with my recent TAVR procedure. That's why we have been faithful attendees for over seven years.

I love the Exercise Coach concept, my Studio, and my Trainer Kevin! I love working out Smarter, not Harder--I get better results now than when I was going to the gym on my own for more than twice as long.

If you are looking for a place that emphasizes strength training look no further than the Exercise Coach in Palatine. You will find state of the art strength equipment which the coaches adjust to challenge you but not over do it at each session. After a few months, they can provide you with reports on your gains in strength. The 20 minutes sessions twice a week work!
The Exercise Coach is staffed with experienced and certified personal trainers/coaches who specialize in strength training. They are always available to provide workout plans, one on one training, and guidance to perfect your form and help progress towards greater strength.
They always greet you by name and are very positive throughout the session. If you believe strength can only be improved the old fashion way by spending hours in the gym this is not the place for you. It is the most efficient and painless way to increase your strength.

The staff is friendly and encouraging, but also very real about everything. It's unreasonable to expect overnight results, and their approach helps "slow and steady" progress which is the most sustainable way. The studio is clean, the hours are quite accommodating and flexible, and the location is ideal for me.
