Great place to workout. You actually can see your results and progress on a computer screen. Low impact great for any age bracket and they teach you good mechanics and form so the risk of hurting yourself is low. Kevin is an awesome trainer very professional and courteous. highly recommend.

The coaches know their TEC exercise systems and equipment and read their clients' needs and changing capabilities well, They thereby optimize their clients' fitness experience in all sessions provided. The coaches also provide good instruction and encouragement to their clients.
The Libertyville Studio is clean and well lit and the equipment is kept in good working order.
The 20 minute sessions are surprisingly effective (but no longer to me after my many months with TEC Libertyville and Coaches Nate and Kevin).
The coaches also offer insightful feedback on dietary strategies and client-reported food/meal logs for a wholistic fitness approach.
My muscular strength and conditioning have significantly improved in the 7 months I have been training with TEC Libertyville.
