I’ve been going to The Exercise Coach in Wichita for about two years now, and I’ve got to say—it’s been a great experience. The workouts are only 20 minutes, but they’re super effective. Perfect if you’re busy and don’t want to spend hours at the gym.
The coaches Ellie and Carly are awesome and make me want to come back—really friendly and encouraging. They take the time to get to know you and adjust the workouts to fit your needs, whether you’re just starting out or dealing with an injury. The place is always clean and has a calm, welcoming vibe.
I’ve noticed real progress in my strength and energy, and I actually look forward to going. If you want a no-pressure, supportive place to get stronger and healthier, I definitely recommend checking them out.

My personal trainer, Carly Moughan, is simply the best. She is patient and encouraging, and allows me to push myself. I’ve achieved more than I ever expected and I’m back to a strength level I was at 30 years ago. The program works, but like anything you get out of it what you put into it.

Great trainers who help us reach our goals. It’s a structured 20 minute workout that gets real results. The equipment is very unique and works much better for us than free weights. I’ve added a significant amount of strength in seven months and have fun doing it. Absolutely highly recommend!
