I like so many things! Love the efficient work out, the variety, Shauna, and the safety during COVID!
The exercise program is safely designed- I can comfortably push myself and know I will not be injured. And for an out of shape 60+ year old with a competitive nature, that’s really important to me. I also greatly appreciate you Studio’s COVID precautions - I had to stop my previous membership because adequate precautions were not being taken.

The science behind it. No one else in the area offers it. No one else in the area even seems to get it. As someone that is hitting those years where muscle mass diminishes, I have increased my muscle mass greater than it has ever been. I have worked out almost my entire adult life, and I have never had these results.

Very impressed with Jamee and the directness of her orientation; grateful for her accelerating my understanding and decision to take this approach. Her apparent mastery of the process and attention to detail really clenched it for me. I'm starting next Monday. This system and the proprietary "smart machines" represents the most exciting, promising wellness and fitness approach I've seen in years. I turn 67 in 6 months and was really starting to feel trapped by the accelerating decline in my strength, muscle mass and flexibility. This machine-based isometric approach to exercise is a very smart low impact method. I am confident I can do this process, get stronger and yet successfully avoid injury or amplification of systemic inflammation due to antagonistic exertion. The smart machines compel physical interaction in a way that is mentally interesting but physically efficient and biomechanically ingenious. I am so impressed. Can't wait for Monday to get here so I can start winning my back the promise of future health.

The entire concept and the way it is executed by your staff. The results I get are better and quicker than with other workouts I’ve done all my life. I was skeptical until I studied the science behind muscle quality as the measure of workout success. It’s one of those things that make you wish you’d known much earlier that muscle quality is what tells the truth of the workout, not weight lifted, not miles run, not even pounds lost.The technology behind the program makes twenty minutes two times a week all I need to set aside to live a healthy happy life well into my twilight years.
