Personal attention
I meeting all my goals and exceeded my expectations. Over 2 years in and I’m much stronger than when I started and my goal is to maintain my strength and age well. I’m 71 and going strong!

The staff is incredible, like your extended family, the facility is perfect for the "older" generation that finds other gyms intimidating, and knowing the workout is tailored specifically to my abilities is comforting.

The program and staff
I will enjoy working with the coaches at the studio. I am seeing tremendous results with my overall health. The Exercise Coach has been a game changer for my workout journey.
This is the only exercise program I’ve stayed with for so long. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. I love the fact I can see my progress and FEEL a distinct difference in my overall strength. The best part is the 2x a week for 20 minutes of intense strength training—it keeps me focused , but never bored.

The staff is always upbeat, encouraging, friendly. A 20 minute workout where I can tell I’ve had a good workout - better than other places I’ve joined. A pleasant place to sweat!
