The workout rotation is quick and snappy all completed in 20 minutes.
The staff is very knowledgeable and personable. You can choose to do a group session or a one on one (which is what I prefer). I look forward to going since it is only 20 minutes twice a week and itdoesn't take away from my free time. Exercise Coach is perfect for me. I had osteoporosis but with this type of exercise, and with medication, it has been reversed. My doctor encourages me to continue what I am doing with every check up. The studio is very nice too.

I like that it’s only 20 minutes twice a week. I felt a difference in my strength and stamina in a very short time. I continue to enjoy my workouts and the changes I see and feel in my body.
I like the evidence-based strength-training methods and machines that help prevent injury for me as a person with unstable joints and chronic pain. I always know what to expect going in: things will be clean, the coaches are so friendly and encouraging, and it's only going to take 20 minutes of my day.

Atmosphere and definitely the coaches
I really enjoy the family atmosphere in the facility. No matter where you are in your fitness journey you are constantly encouraged by all the trainers. I have fallen in love with two 20-minute workouts each week and the associated challenge.

The trainers are professional and very encouraging. The studio is always clean. The workouts are very good and I feel like I’ve had a great workout in 20 minutes.
