Do I like being greeted with a smile? You bet! That is what happens when I enter into the studio. Exercise coach hires the best of the best as their coaches and I cannot tell you enough about their helpfulness and professionalism.
The studio is clean (as always) cheerful, and always has my best interest at heart. I was not sure I would get anything out of two days a week, but this program has proved me wrong; I am stronger than I was, feel better than before I started, so now I know it works for me.
Highly recommend this program especially to seniors who are trying to keep their strength and body in good condition. I actually look forward to sharing time with the lovely people who work at the Fishers location. Brooklyn is the best!

The one on one training tailored specifically for me has been fantastic. Working out this way 2x per week for 20-25 min fits my schedule and has let me realize my fitness goals. The staff is like family and everyone encourages me each time I walk thru the doors!

The fact that a coach is instructing me to ensure I am performing each exercise correctly was the most important reason for choosing the Exercise Coach. The support and encouragement is reassuring. The exercises are tailored to my capabilities. My goal was to regain strength in my arms and legs as well as improve my balance. My coach listens and works with me to achieve these goals.

It’s small, coaches are friendly and accommodating, it’s a short workout.
Everyone is very friendly! I think what I like most is the instant feedback you get from the equipment. Knowing I’m increasing weight and improving each session keeps me motivated to work out. I was skeptical that I would see results in just 20 minutes twice a week, but I am lifting more than double the weight I could lift when I started. Plus friends are noticing that I look more toned.
Challenging workout but it happens in 20 minutes and I can go on with my day. Trainers are professional and friendly.

I've loved my experience to this point (6-7 workouts in). I feel like the coaches are informative, helpful, encouraging and friendly. I love that they all know what I am doing next, I can tell they are pre-planned my workouts and are there to help challenge me and talk me through form, goals and any challenge I may face.

The trainers are very engaged and attentive to your goals and safety. Enjoy being able to monitor progress. Working hard for 20 minutes is the best. Who doesn’t have time for that.
I love a good strong workout in 20 minutes. I love the people who work there. They are knowledgeable of the machines and the body and how they work together to achieve strength and fitness. But they are personable and caring and concerned for individuals and lives outside of the studio.
Great, encouraging trainers; immediate feedback; short, intense workouts. This is the only exercise program I actually look forward to attending.
