Chelcie was fantastic! We had been working with another lender that was really dropping the ball and risking the deal falling apart. Three weeks after we began the process, we still did not have the appraisal ordered. We were hesitant to switch lenders just because we didn't want to upset the seller's and hold up the process any longer. My buyer was referred to Chelcie by a friend and decided to give her a call. I was skeptical at first, but the listing agent and myself were both amazed at how quickly she got things moving. We had the appraisal completed and returned within 5 days of getting things started and were still able to closed on time. I will definitely be keeping Chelcie in mind for the future.
