Chelcie went above and beyond to help me secure a mortgage approval to put in an offer on a new home not on e but twice! Then, once my offer was accepted she helped me to secure the mortgage due to the change in my status of a pending divorce so that I wouldn’t loose the new home! She worked with me & my crazy work schedule to accommodate the limited times I was available to speak to her. She texted & emailed me updates & issues. If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have made my closing date, which not only did we meet, put were able to close 4 days BEFORE the final sale!! She was kind, caring & friendly m, flexible & compassionate during the ENTIRE process!!
