Ms. Alba is so kind and patient. We love all the staff. Only gave a 9 out of 10 because sometimes the movies they show are PG. but they do change the movies quickly when asked.
I absolute the treatment my son receives every time he visits Pigtails and Crewcuts in Lake Nona. Alba is so passionate about her job. My son is now 4 and I’ve been taking him there since he was 1. This was our son’s second time having his hair cut and Maria worked her magic with him again. His first haircut at Magic Kingdom was stressful for him and for us, but Maria calms and relaxes him. And despite a rocky start this time around, he was enjoying the experience in an airplane within minutes. Thanks to all the kind staff and, most of all, Maria. From booking to paying, the experience was easy, delightful, consistent and we are all very satisfied!

I really like the ambiance and decor very attractive for the kids. My baby is still young but once he grows he will appreciate more the appeal of the place. Candice was amazing! She did an excellent job and had such a positive attitude and took her time to discuss with us how to cut his hair. I’m glad we booked with her. I must say the very first time we went the hairdresser at the time I don’t recall her name was a little rude but I think she may have been under a lot of stress that day. Anyway, we came back and had a great experience with Candice and will continue booking with her. Thank you!
