I can’t remember the young lady’s name, I’m sure she’ll remember my son (Camron). He absolutely adored her and had so much fun during his hair cut! We come often and will definitely be back. We love the staff energy!!

Jaime was fantastic! Sweet and courteous. Engaging with my four-year-old daughter. Did a beautiful job with her hair and finished it off with an Elsa braid, glitter, and a crown! We will definitely be back. We had made an appointment right at shop open, so there was no wait and quick service. The only down side to that was that my daughter didn't have time to explore all of the cool stuff in the waiting room. LOL. But not complaining about that.
My daughters stylist was very calm with her, and did a very cute braid at the end. Definitely will return for future services.

They are very professional and friendly. We always book our appointments with Chantel and she is excellent. She takes care of my nephews and we are satisfied with her service. We used to visit the location at Lake Nona, but Chantel moved to this location at Winter Springs and we are so happy with her service that we drove 30 miles to this location. They are all great and professional all the time at both locations.
I can't not say enough about this place!! They were absolutely amazing with my extraordinary (special needs) son!! The girl was so kind and patient and my son just sat still and enjoyed the movie!! We've been kicked out of 3 barber shops and I've been looking for a place for him, so happy I checked them out!!

It was my daughters first haircut! Marta was so patient and gentle. She also did a cute little hairstyle after the cut. Not to mention the certificate they give you for the child’s first haircut with a picture of them in it! I will definitely be going back in the future!

We have always had a good experience coming here with the kids. Calveisha by far provided the best experience we have had at this salon. She was AMAZING with my daughters. She made them feel extremely comfortable while making their hair look absolutely beautiful 😍. Will definitely recommend her to my friends and family!!
Alba has always been awesome to my girls and I have been her customer since the location was opened. I like the patience they have for more challenging kids. They help each other out, but I think hiring a barber for the boys and offering classes for the staff in how to deal with special needs kids will be amazing. It will be a gem having that in this location.
The customer service was outstanding! We took our little guy for his very first haircut and Jessica made him feel like he’s experienced it many times before. Not only was she great to work with, she was also very skillful in giving him the best looking haircut as well! 100% recommend.
Everyone was friendly, store was clean and I could see why parents would bring their children in. Ear piercing was done quickly and they explained everything simply as well as offered some much needed reassurance. I’m a new parent and after this visit (and when my baby’s hair grows) I’ll definitely be coming back here!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting for my 3 year old who had never had her haircut before, and Jamie had a very kind and pleasant demeanor! She interacted very well with my daughter and made her feel comfortable. The way she styled her hair with the braids around her curls was absolutely precious too! I loved it, and she actually left the braids in the rest of the day until bath time! I loved the first haircut certificate with the photo and clipping of the hair - such a sweet memento!
The environment and Candice were amazing? She treated my kids wonderfully and made them feel so comfortable. She did a great job on both my boys haircuts who have totally different hairstyles.
We were at Pigtails for the first time as we moved to Orlando. My three kids felt very comfortable. It’s a good atmosphere and the hairdressers are very nice to the kids with no hectic. We definitely come again.
