I took one of my sons to the Lake Nona location and were able to work with Ms Mel! She was an angel with him and was able to give him a haircut without any meltdowns (both my kids are in the spectrum) and she includes him in every step of the haircut- told him everything that was doing to happen and I am grateful! I was so excited about it that changed my appointment for my other son to come see her and he did wonderfully also. Ms Mel is very patient, funny, inclusive and fast! We will continue to come see her and recommend her to anyone that needs a place for their kiddos to go get a haircut!

I love the atmosphere and the fact that the stylists have so much patience with the kids. My grandson enjoys going there which makes it so much easier to get his haircut. I am so glad that you are there!

She was great! She moved with our sons head to ensure to to cut or scrap him, waited intil he was comfortable before continuing. And his haircut looked better than anything we have had done in the past! We are going to become regulars here!
Bringing my 1-year old son anywhere is always a bit nerve-wracking, especially for the first time. The ladies at P&C did an amazing job of not only giving him a cute first haircut but keeping him entertained and happy! We will absolutely be coming back!

Attention to detail to make kids happy
My daughter ran to the chair and was excited for the magnetic toys. Toys and a movie kept her entertained while Katherine cut her hair. Katherine is so gentle and patient, and always does a great cut and super cute bow at the end! My daughter really enjoys getting her hair cut here!

Chantel is amazing I had problems the first time I went which they stylist messed up my sons first time haircut I gave it another chance and chantel did what I wanted been going to her since 2019
I took my special needs son to fix a previously messed up haircut and the lady that took care of him was very kind, patient and sweet with him. She took time to fix his hair and he was calm and even told me he liked it! First time he says he liked going for a haircut. Very pleased with the service.

The hairdressers are patient with kids, there ar tvs and toys as well as a nice seat for them to sit. Also like the playroom for the waiting area.
