I usually like this place when I take my daughter to go see Alba. This time MY son saw lizette and she didnt listen to my requests and ended up cutting too much from my sons hair. She cut 3 inches instead of the 1 inch I asked her too. Not happy.

Overall the experience was great, but the best part was Mary. It was my sons first hair cut & she did great, he has special needs and she was very kind and calm with him we apologized about how he reacted and she was quick to assure us that “everything was okay & she understood & that it would get better with time” definitely somewhere I’ll will forever bring my son.
I love how comfortable they make my son feel when getting a haircut. They go above and beyond to make the kiddos feel at ease all the while doing an excellent job while cutting their hair. I love how Ms. Mel is extremely nice and my son absolutely loves her!! We have been coming here for a while now and she always does an excellent job!!

If you are looking for the best, kid friendly place for hair cuts, this is the place. Staff very friendly, patience, clean, fun and safe environment. We had an appointment so no long wait times. My kid haircut was performed by Alba and love it, she listen to you, very patience and did a great job. Thanks!
The staff was beyond amazing! We surprised our daughter with ear piercing and she started to freak out and your staff went above and beyond to calm her down. They did such a great job that our daughter changed her mind and ended up getting her ears pierced. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how they handled the situation!

First name removed is great! Makes my child feel very comfortable and cuts his hair beautifully! She is on time, which is much appreciated with a very active toddler. The center is clean and they have a small playroom in the back if you have to wait.
