Jamie was great. My daughter loved her. Did a perfect bang cut and even had my daughters ears piereced that I was shocked how fast she did them my daughter didnt even cry for a minute. Excellent. Will ask for her every time.

This was an overall great experience. My son hates haircuts and our stylist, Katherine, was patient and super sweet with him. The cut came out wonderful and he left super happy and excited. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back for his next cut!

We came for my baby's first haircut and for my daughter to have her nails painted. The haircut was great! The stylist was amazing with my son and his hair looked adorable. I loved the card with the picture and hair clipping they gave me, so I could put it in his memory box.
For the nails, I wouldn't waste money doing that again. The nail polish never fully dries. An hour after she had them done, it was still moveable and not hardened. She loved her nails when they were first done and she was super sad when most of them were wiped off by the time we got home. If we do it again, I might just bring her own nail polish. Other than that though, the lady was really nice

Jessica was fantastic! This was the first time my son sat for a hair cut. She was so nice. She made sure he was comfortable, explained everything she was doing to him. He was so happy. Awesome experience! Definitely going back.

I took my 1 yr old son for his first hair cut and it was a good and fun experience, everyone very nice and sweet, my son was moving a little bit and she still managed to do a good job.

Alba was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly patient and kind with our son for his first haircut. Alba has such a calm, compassionate, and nurturing demeanor with children - and she really took the time to make sure that our son was comfortable, talking to him and entertaining him the entire duration. The receptionist was also wonderful and so helpful - she created the most adorable “first haircut” card with cute doodles and beautiful handwriting, and she took the extra time and went the extra mile to capture a precious photo of our son for the card. We really appreciate these staff members, and because of them we will forever fondly cherish this very special memory of our son’s first haircut! Thank you Alba and reception for making this such a wonderful experience for our family. You are amazing, and we are so grateful for your kindness!

I love how attentive and calm the stylists are even when the kids are upset. It makes me feel like they’re in good hands and they really care about how the child is feeling.
Chantel is absolutely amazing. My son has a unique head shape and hair texture that requires a unique cut to ensure he doesn’t always look like he has bed head. Chantel nails it every time. She is very gentle and so nice with him. The booking process is very easy and I love being able to book online or in the app.
