I called them last minute after going to the one one narcosee in St. Cloud and they wouldn’t take me cause it was late I’m glad I called this one they were awesome my babies liked it there both lady’s were great they fit me in and stayed to cut my daughter and sons hair 30 min after the store closed thank you 🙏. I will definitely be back.
Chantel was very good with my kid, but most importantly she did such a good job with the cut. We are definitely make her the official barber for my boy.

Rosanna is very skilled and patient. My son does not make it easy for her. He cries, wiggles and screams. She gives him time to calm down and tries to distract him w play. I come from Tampa because her customer service is the best!

I love going to the lake Nona location! I recently moved and now live about an hour away from the Nona location (sad face). So I tried the Clermont location (WORSE THING I HAVE EVEN DONE!!!) They messed up my sons' hair 3 TIMES!! Even when speaking to the manager and showed her how I wanted my son's hair compared to what was done. Then she confidently said it wouldn't be a problem to do, still SHE managed to make it WORSE THAN BEFORE! THE CUT WAS NOT EVEN AT ALL. You would think at least make it even since it was cut uneven in the first place, but no. It was VERY embarrassing and a horrible next few months to grow it out through the holidays.
Now.... the lake Nona location, specifically the stylist named Chantel C., She is GREAT!!! I LOVE HER!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO HER!! GIVE HER A RAISE!! Not just with my son but she listens to the parents too and understands how to work with different textures of hair and styles. I LOVE GOING TO HER. I have a pace of mind when she's cutting my sons' hair. My son doesn't even react when getting his hair cut WITH HER, which is a plus! Needless to say, I love going to the lake Nona location and will continue to schedule appointments with Chantel C.! I don't care how far it is.
P.S. corporate should give MORE TRAINING TO THE CLAREMONT LOCATION as they DONT LISTEN TO PARENTS WHEN REQUESTING A SPECIFIC BUT BASIC HAIR CUT.
The hairdresser was absolutely amazing and knew exactly how to keep my daughter engaged and cooperative during her first haircut. This was such a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be coming back, even tho it’s a 30 minute drive for me!! Well worth it.
