Our son has gone to Pigtails & Crewcuts - Annapolis 3 times now, including his very first haircut. The staff has always been professional, kind, and accommodating to cutting a toddler's hair. I schedule my appointment, walk in and I am always seen on time. Saadia is excellent with our son, and we enjoy our appointment.

The stylists are wonderful with my son and it’s always been a tear-free, easy experience since his very first haircut. The salon has toys for him to play with that keep him wanting to come back for more! Always enjoyable.
Loved the play section! And the salon chairs for the kids to feel comfortable and to have fun! Kaylin was awesome with my daughter’s first hair cut, and intensive with her, asked her what her favorite color was, and put her hair in an adorable style with green butterfly clips! They took her picture and saved a lock of hair ❤️ the best experience for you kids first haircut!! Such a great atmosphere!

The ladies in this shop were amazing with my son who started crying just as he was about to get his hair cut. They were very patient and understanding and even tried to help cheer him up. Ms. Taylor gave him a great hair cut.

My grandson's barber, Josh, was excellent in his craft. From the very start, Josh was able to redirect my grandson's attention and focus allowing the haircut to be completed quickly but, safely with great care and attention to detail. It was the first haircut for our little 15 month old and honestly, I never thought he would sit still long enough but, that was never a problem for the entirety of the haircut. Thanks Josh!
