The kids did the best, they have ever done. I think it really helped that they had stuff to hold their attention like the TV and the toys to play with while they waited. We will definitely be back as the want to do the room with Mario Kart. The room was occupied when we arrived.

Anna, I think that was her name, did great with my son! He doesn't like getting his hair cut and had fallen asleep on the way and so I was worried about his attitude. She was very patient and understanding even though he cried and was moody the while time (and kept moving around)! And his hair came out so much better than I expected. I will definitely be going there again and requesting her!
We absolutely love Victoria. We have used her for my daughter’s hair for years. She really listens and understands her needs. She plays with her and is just so personable. We love seeing her every time we come.

Ms. Tiff was great with my son. My son is mixed and has very curly hair. She made great recommendations, but she did exactly what I asked even though my desires were a little different than what she recommended. Can't wait to take him back for another haircut with her.
We took our son, Josiah, in for his very first hair cut with Mr. AJ. We were very nervous as he doesn’t stop moving ever, but Mr. AJ was very patient with him and done a phenomenal job on his hair! He was super friendly, interacted with Josiah, and talked with us the whole time. We are very pleased with his hair cut, but most importantly that he had such a great experience with his first haircut. We will be coming back!

The price point is great for a place who genuinely makes my child feel seen and special as he gets his hair cut. He loves the fun chairs and I love the patience the stylist has for him.
My little boy has Cerebral Palsy and certain sounds scare him and he cries! One of those sounds is that of clippers. It is extremely difficult for the staff to cut his hair with the crying and screaming, I also know this is distressing for other guest. They always stay professional and very sweet despite everything. They get his hair cut efficiently and quickly. I appreciate them so much.
Great with children!
I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced. It was a bit pricey, but the person who helped us took her time and made my daughter feel at ease. She was kind and attentive. When they heard it was my daughter's birthday, they brought her a balloon and a little birthday goodie bag which was such a nice touch, and my daughter felt so important getting a photo and "certificate."
They did a great job with the piercing, too.

Miss Kristina is absolutely fantastic! The time she takes with my son to get him to not fear haircuts is so amazing! We have gone from it being a huge fear taking almost an hour to the last time being only 15 minutes!!! I can’t honestly say enough about the wonderful ladies there! They truly care about the children and provide them with the best experience possible!
