In my opinion, my child was a nightmare. This was not his first haircut ...but I've never seen his anxiety this bad. However, Ms Lovely was really unfazed, kind and honest. I loved his birthday haircut. Ms Damaris and Ms Ashley backed her up with trying to help my son with tv and treats after his haircut while we waited and while I paid...despite the location having a phenomenal waiting room for kids. We will be back before school starts.

The attention to detail and patience that she gave to my grandson is outstanding.She took a picture of the haircut that I wanted and just followed it like drawing a painting.So on point and looked exactly like the picture I had. Thank you for your patience for my grandson being difficult with all the crying and moving for the haircut that day.
