This was our first time to use Pigtails & crewcuts and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere was inviting and kid friendly. All the staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and engaged with my grandson. He loved the themed chairs he got to choose from to get his hair cut. The stylist was pleasant, and very accommodating, and his haircut turned out great! We will definitely be back!!

We love everything about Pigtails and Crewcuts Norterra. The staff is wonderful with children (and parents), the atmosphere inside is so much fun for kids, the playroom is a great waiting area, and the toys and prizes are so awesome! We will keep coming here until my kids grow up at which point they will probably hate having to go to a boring adult hair salon.
This was the 3rd time we’ve brought one of our daughters to get their ears pierced and I’m so impressed every time with how we are taken care of. The service is quick and care instructions are always very clear!

Jennifer , who cut my sons hair did a wonderful job. She was able to give him an adorable haircut, even with him wiggling around all over the place! You could tell he felt safe and was not afraid, and we even got to use the clippers right near his ears and he did a great job!
They are alll so amazing but raylene is the best ! She remembers little details about my kids ! And is also so friendly ! And Miss Ali is great as well !!! This company is so lucky yo have such great employees!!!
