Such a great place. The lady who cut my sons hair was so patient and kind.
Love the train track to keep my child busy while we waited for our turn. The fire truck chair was so cute and my child was excited to sit down for his hair cut. Christina was so patient and did a wonderful a great job with cutting my child's hair.
I love the way Champaigne handled my figity, 4 year old who wouldn't let ANYONE near his hair, she was ablsolutely awesome with him. The Airplace seat and toys helped, but she was wonderful, he got a great little boy hair cut. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

The service was ok. For a kids place I thought they would be super friendly and talk to my son but that wasn't the case. It was my sons first hair cut and online it would not let me book an appointment for the kids first hair cut that comes with a picture, a certificate and a lock of hair. So i just booked the regular kids hair cut and figured I would tell them when I arrived. Well I arrived on time. We had to wait about 5 min for the stylist to finish his other customer. My apt was for 510pm and they finished at 505pm. So he cleans the chair and calls us over. We get my son situated in the seat he starts combing his hair and someone else walks in. He goes to check them in and then tells me that their appointment was before mine at 4:50pm so they are first. So i have to take my son out of the chair and go wait again. I guess I just don't understand what the point of making an appointment is, if the establishment doesn't uphold those appointments. They were 15 min late. Shouldn't they have had to wait until after my appointment? I was there on time. That was the first frustrating thing. So after it's finally my sons turn I get him back in the chair and I tell the guy it's his first hair cut, it wouldn't let me book that online. He doesn't say a word. So as he grabs the clippers I again say it's his first hair cut I am going to need a couple locks of his curls please. Again, not a word. And then he just starts going to town. So in between chunks of hair that are being cut off I have to squeeze in underneath the stylist and the chair and grab hair off the ground. I got no picture and no certificate. Although his hair turned out GREAT, like i haven't found a flaw yet, I still am quite disappointed in this place. It was recommended to me by 4 or 5 different people because of the way they handle kids and how nice they are however, that was NOT my experience at all!
Champagne, who cut my son’s hair was fantastic. His hair looks great. She was super patient with a wiggly preschooler. He has gotten upset in the past at haircuts and didn’t at all this time
Ava was wonderful! She provided a great consultation and my son did not have any issues.
Courtney and Shannon are exceptional with children’s hair. Brought my two grandchildren in and both women worked so well to deliver what they asked for and renew their hair. They were both so happy with the outcomes…as was I. Thank you.

I really like that the stylist will do their best to give the child the best experience they can. Especially when my child is crying and screaming they kept it professional and tried to help calm my child through the process. I liked that they listen to what my child didn’t like and would try their best to prevent it (pieces of cut hair on them).
The space itself is always nicely clean and organized. I like that tvs are mounted up with a variety of kid shows.
