The fellow that came to do the cleaning was very pleasant and the carpets turned out really well. I also liked the smell of the product, it smelled fresh and natural.

Both products and services were very straight forward and that made it easy to understand and afford. Of course, this is all due to our service guy Patrick and our in-office coordinator (Jennifer from Conrad MT.-?) who explained things very well upfront.

They came in a timely fashion he was polite informative did a great job and in and out within about an hour really great service.

Friendly professional service. The service rep who cleaned our carpets worked carefully, diligently, and with an A+ effort (i.e. hard work) like I haven't seen in a long time! Very happy with the difficult stains that were removed and the fresh smell of our home when the job was done.

Fast, and no mess left behind

My carpet looks better than I remembered it could. Brian Borden was truly a professional, explaining to me how the Zerorez system works, and what I can do to eliminate my little pooches oops. He took time to do exactly what I asked, and I will definitely call Zerorez again. Thank you for being a company I can rely on to do what they say they will do, in this day and age that doesn't happen often. I have been hearing on the radio with Jay & Kevin that August special is a spot kit, can I purchase that or does it only come with the special? Thanks for your time and your super business ethics!!!!!!

Everything! I believe this time the carpets are even better, probably because last time was the first time I had the extra coat after cleaning brushed in. Clean/fresh smell of products

I had my carpet previously cleaned by another company but several spots did not come out. Zerorez got rid of the spots. The staff put booties on when they entered my house and answered my questions.

Pet treatment

Our carpets were almost dry when our technician finished the job. Two rooms and a hallway were completed in approximately one hour, including the "Scotchgard" (my term) application.
