Your service man Cory was very clean and presentable; the water that was spilled (normal spillage from hoses) was cleaned up quickly. He had me look at the carpets to make sure they looked good and i was very pleased. Cory was a very nice young man and did a good job.

Our carpets are ten years old. We have had our carpets cleaned pretty regularly because of having dogs in the house. This is the cleanest our carpets have been. Zach was very friendly and professional.

I was very impressed with the rug cleaning process. I have rented rug doctor many times and the Zerorez process is superior. Using treated instead of tap water really makes a difference in how quickly and efficiently the rugs are cleaned. The Technical was on time, professional and knowledge about all the processes. The carpets I had cleaned look great. I like that it dries fast. I also appreciate that guards were used on the corners of my stairs to protect them from their equipment possibly nicking them. The technician was friendly and courteous. I've been using Zerorez for several years now and will continue.
