Carpets look very clean (for how old and worn our carpet is). The tech was very nice and helpful. I felt we were given honest service. Only reason I didn't give a 10 is I feel $20 is a bit high price to do a tiny walk in closet space and that price was not discussed with me prior to cleaning. Same with our tiny hallway ($20).
