My carpets always come out nice and clean and they dry fast.
Our stairs did not come our fully cleaned, (white carpet), and requested a return visit to remedy the problem. They cheerfully responded and sent out another service person and cleared up the problem. Much appreciated.

We had two services from Zerorez on two different days. The first service was having our Ducts cleaned and the second was rug cleaning. Both of the service people were excellent.
We are very satisfied with Zerorez. We have had work in the past from Zerorez so that is why we call Zerorez for good service.
The young man that did the vent did an excellent job. The only problem was the equipment that the company had him use. Old and worn out equipment. I will probably use Zerores in a couple of years.
