The person who cleaned our carpets was very personable and he worked extremely hard to remove the traffic paths on our carpet. Our old carpet looks so much better!

Did a very good job on our carpet - a few of the spots couldn't be totally taken away, due to them being there for such a long period of time. But we were happy with the results.

First time using Zerorez, had air duct cleaning done . Michael spent a good amount of time cleaning them and it seemed important to him he do a good job., appreciated that. Hoping I see a difference in the air quality and dust I had in my home.
