You got the pet stains out of my carpet

Being able to see the original carpet color again, after so many "cleanings" with soap build up and improper cleaning, is wonderful. Overall this will save our company a lot of money by not having to replace our carpets as soon as other places will, just as we used to.

The workers are friendly and professional. My carpets look much cleaner and for the most part, the worst stains are gone. This is pretty impressive since it's my waiting room in addition to my inside office. There is a lot of traffic there with spills from coffee, soda, etc.

My moving day kept changing so I had to reschedule 4-5 times and every time they were more than accommodating. Everyone is so professional and polite. The guy who came to clean our carpets, Jake was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He even waited two hours for our movers to get the rooms cleaned out before he could get started and never complained. My carpets look like new. I will never use any other company. What an amazing experience and they even gave me the best price of everyone we called.

Joseph arrived late Friday afternoon after a day that started at 7am. He was prompt, courteous, very capable and thorough.
You already know Joseph is a hard worker. AND I believe, doesn't have a full working knowledge of the importance of proper body mechanics and self-care. It is my hope that you will support him (require) participation in yoga, massage therapy, chiropractic and other activities that will provide a long and healthy career.
PS Please convince him that back surgery, though happily performed by surgeons, is NEVER a good option.
