I thought that Stan who did our carpets was very professional and he did a great job for us. Four rooms, a hallway and stairs were done in two hours. We are happy with how things turned out. While all the stains didn't come out since we waited too many years to get the carpets cleaned downstairs they look much better and it's a huge improvement.

Albert, our Zerorez tech, did a great job on our light colored carpet. It had many stains, but they almost all came out. It was easy to schedule the appointment online, and we received a confirmation phone call the next day. I'm very pleased with the Zerorez experience.

We love the products you use and always recommend you to people. I always feel like I live a million miles away from you when scheduling. I know it costs a little more time for travel and gas but really we’re in Spokane all the time and we’re not a million miles away.

Technicians take care of your home while cleaning to not damage anything. The products are environmentally friendly.

The turn around time from calling, to the appointment time, is fairly quick. I also liked the pre-visit call to let me know they will be there within a half hour.

The technician who cleaned my carpets wore shoe protectors, and put up corner guards (the previous person did not do that) and I was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. I cannot remember his name, but would like to personally be able to request him next time I get my carpets done.
