I've had carpets cleaned and a recliner. Very happy with results. Wanted my loveseat cleaned but found out it couldn't be because of the microfiber fabric. Didn't know that when it was purchased but can understand after the explanation. Zerorez will continue to be my carpet cleaners and have recommended them.

Blake was ve y willing to educate me about my carpet and explain as he was doing things. He was also friendly. I’d nominate him as employee of the month/year, if I could. He really worked hard on getting some spots out and made sure he had gotten all the areas gompletely cleaned and then tried to fasten the drying time as I had a new furniture delivery scheduled for the next morning.

Reliable and effective
This is my 2nd year using Zerorez. The technicians are very easy to work with, their work is top notch,the carpets don't get is wet and work is done quickly. The price is good also.
To much to list so I’ll hit the best of the best! Technicians are always on time. Always clean cut and wear booties in the house! Won’t Tolerate stubborn stains they always get them out! They’re very conscientious and knowledgeable. My carpets look brand new and my house smells clean and fresh. My carpets are cleaned with the right amount of water and they’re not left soaking wet.
After we Reassembled the rooms that we just had remodeled and cleaned I’m going to reschedule for upholstery cleaning and two more rooms.

Zerorez did a great job after my first cleaning. In another words after two days of my cleaning services in one of my rooms suddenly a stain, the size of an open hand appeared. I was very upset, but people from zerorez came back and they take care of this problem. I am very impressed with their work and very impress with their customer service.
