So many things. First is Michael. He is the best. What a great technician. He explained everything to us and completed a fabulous job on our carpets. We had two very bad areas which our 19 year old cat decided to use instead of her litter box. I was beside myself with the damage it was dong to our carpets. Michael worked on those troubled spots with your exclusive way of getting down to the pad and removing all the urine and odor. We could not be more pleased. I thought I would need to replace our carpeting. Carpets look like new again. We also love the way the carpets are not soaking wet when you are finished cleaning them. Yes they are damp but dry within hours unlike a previous time when the carpets were sloppy wet for a couple of days with another company.

Fast and very clean

I love the three step cleaning process and the care taken by the employees when they are in our home. The carpets are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and they dry very quickly. The employees are very conscientious, informative, and respectful.

Scheduling is easy and appointments aren't out three months (like doctors!), the technicians are polite and knowledgeable, and carpets are THOROUGHLY cleaned. :-)

The carpets look great. I think Zerorez is a little more expensive than others but well worth the extra money.

I could not be happier with a service that Eric and Josh provided last weekend. They cleaned two houses for me in less than 2 and a half hours. They did a fabulous job. They were friendly and efficient. I don't think Josh could have a better trainer then Eric. Eric nose is business very well and he came prepared for anything. Carpet was cleaned and he tried to get an extra intense stain out. It didn't work but I'm thanksful he tried.
