I was AMAZED that they were able to get my old carpet SO clean! I did not even expect the stains or wear/tear look to come out and I was shocked!! I will have Zerorez out more often just for upkeep, we have dogs in the house and they really made our carpets look nice again.

The technician (Stan, I think) was very professional and took the time to tell me what he was going to do. One thing I can tell you is that they originally called me with an appointment time of between 8am and 2pm! That is worse than Comcast. When I called and told them to cancel as I could not wait around for 6 hours waiting they changed it to 10am to 2pm. I told the lady on the phone that if they couldn’t be at my house by 11am to just cancel. She then told me that the technician should be at my house before 11am. The day of my service I got a text stating that the technician is on his way and should arrive by 830am?? What the heck!! This company offers a great product and Stan did a great job, but maybe they could work on their timing and narrow down the appointment time!

Our carpets look amazing! And they are 15+ years old! The technician (Chris) was friendly, clean, thorough and answered all of my questions. Could not be HAPPIER! Looking forward to getting two or three more years before replacing the carpet. Thanks Zerorez! See you next year!
