We bought a used couch and the previous owners had pets and we do not so I wanted to get the smell out ASAP and make sure the couch was clean and safe for my kids to be on. I called ZeroRez and they had my appointment scheduled for the next day.

I had the ducts, tile and carpet cleaned. All came out great except for a couple areas going between tile and carpet. The carpet still seems soiled.

These guys were great. They did a great job cleaning our vents in a house that had not had it done since the 90's. We would recommend them to anyone.

The best thing I liked about the carpet cleaning service was Chris’s approach to customer service. The first time Zerorez cleaned my carpets, they did a horrible job (I could not stay and after doing the initial walk thru, I had to return to work.). After calling in to complain, they sent a different cleaner, Chris. He could instantly tell what the previous cleaner did right and wrong and validated my concerns. Even the new guy Chris was training was pointing out flaws with the previous cleaner. After cleaning my carpets a second time, he showed me everything that came out of the carpet which was twice more than the first time and not to mention the traffic wear in the carpets was much lighter to an acceptable point. I waited on completing the feedback until the second service and waiting a couple days for the carpets to completely dry. If it wasn’t for Chris, I would have never recommended Zerorez to anybody.
