Faster drying and dependable service

Our cleaner, David, was very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. My husband is very sick and he cleaned his room first so he would have a place to rest. David did not try to oversell anything and charged us fairly. The carpets for being 14 years old look amazing and he was able to get out the spots that so troubled us. Feels so good on bare feet. Really gave us a boost!

Such friendly customer service! Getting an appointment set up was quick and easy, and they made sure not to go over our budget. Your tech was on time and very efficient. He was able to remove a bad stain that was there when we purchased this house. When ZeroRez cleaned the carpets in this new house in Jan. 2019, they were not able to remove the stain. We have been covering it up with a rug for now (new flooring will be happening in 2020). In the meantime Chris did an amazing job and the stain (and the rug covering it) are gone!

Staff was very kind and efficient. The tech was very informative and efficient. My carpets look great! My carpets were slightly stiff after they dried. I am not sure if this is normal or maybe just because of the material of my carpet? It seems to be softer after rubbing it. Overall satisfied.

Zerorez was able to provide quick and excellent service. Guy was very knowledgeable and provided helpful recommendations for our needs. A soiled dark area of our carpets near the entrance of our garage looks brand new and the entire space is uniform and clean. I appreciated that everything was localized to their truck, as I have had to provide water hookups to other companies. Our living also smells much better now that our carpets are clean and sanitized.
