The technician, Matt, was very personable, professional, and did an amazing job. We have a pet, had pet areas needing additional help. The carpets look amazing and the house smells so fresh. I think zerorez is amazing and the technician takes it a step higher. And Matt did just that.

My carpet was so clean after the service was done. He was very professional and kind. The only thing that I didn’t know prior to the service date was that I need to vacuum my carpet. But other than that, I am quite satisfied.

The young woman did an excellent job. She was both friendly and professional. I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 only because I found, after the service was over, an email offering me $20 off my first cleaning if I redeemed with a code from the person who came by. I did not receive the email until after the service was over.
