Zero Rez has great carpet cleaning products, and they dry quickly too and are safe for my pets! Nate was our technician, and he was so good with my dogs right off the bat, and they behaved because they were not scared of him. Nate then showed us where our little Shih Tzu had peed on the downstairs carpet and recommended a product to pick that up and it was like, yes please! The carpets look fresh and brand new and I am always so happy to have Zero Rez come in and help me keep my house clean and sparkly. :) Thank you!
My experience with Zerorez was wonderful. A Technician arrived on time the day after I called. He took photos and measured my 4 Persian carpets. He explained that they would be sent to Kirishian to be cleaned. I felt I was dealing with an exceptionally professional company.

Had a great experience when I called to setup an appointment to get our air ducts cleaned. The gentleman was very nice and professional.
Nathan arrived introduced himself, showed him where the heating system was and walked him through the house to show where all the vents were. He explained what he was going to do and how it all worked. He explained that I needed to let the system run normally for about two weeks and then change the air filter. Pretty interesting how the process works to clean the duct system. Liked how Nathan answered all my questions and explained everything.

My 22 year old carpet looks great and James Bowens, the gentleman who cleaned them was wonderful! He was courteous, polite and very efficient. He patiently answered all my questions and was in and out in a short amount of time.
