Zerorez did not skimp on time and they did a really great job. The house looked and smelled great after the carpets and furniture were shampooed. The only thing I'd watch next time is the price quote. I told them how big my house was, and was quoted a price, but the price was considerably more by the end of the day.
Isaac did a great job and is an amazing young man! You are lucky to have him and I hope you pay him what he is worth!!

The service person was on-time and called ahead like we were told. After going over with him on what rooms were needed to be cleaned he went straight to work. When he finished he asked several times if there was anything else he could explain or do including after he left and we found an area that needed cleaned again to just call.
