Technician was extremely thorough, explained what he was doing as he worked to get some tough pet stains/odors out of our carpet. At the end, the smell was gone and the carpets looked great.

Upon scheduling Zerorez to clean our carpets, I was rather concerned about the price and about my appointment being scheduled for late on a Friday. I worried the technician might rush through the job and that the service ultimately wouldn't be worth the price. I need not have worried! Josh, who's earned the title of Super Tech for good reason, was extremely careful, thorough, and meticulous! He worked on our home carefully for over five hours and did a wonderful job! We could not be happier with the transformation of our carpets. One set of carpeting is two years old and the other is almost 15 and all turned out looked new. They're so soft and clean, you can tell even with slippers on. I'm beyond pleased with Zerorez and with Josh. It's worth noting that our carpets would cost over $10,000 to replace so the price of cleaning it every year or two is well worth it for maintenance and peace of mind. Oh - and the tools and capabilities Zerorez provides, like the super brush machine that picked up years' worth of hair my super-duper vacuum had NOT and the 200-degree water and many other things--showed that I could not have achieved the same results myself. Like the mail carrier, the young man didn’t let rain, thunder or lightening stop him. He was very pleasant and efficient. Wore booties when he came in. The carpets look good, no chemical smell and dried swiftly.
